It could be an infection of the prostate gland which is the gland that produces semen. It may clear on its own in a few days, but if it doesn't, you should contact your doctor and have it checked out.

If its actually a deep yellow with greenish tint -- that happens when you aren't drinking enough fluids OR are not masturbating often enough.
