If you took all sub saharan africans, I think scandianvians are much bigger, build wise. Some 'blacks' are very small - some are pygmies!
There's more then one 'black' build. For example, those from kenya/ethiopia have a very lean build, quite tall, suitable for long distance running. Their musculature is low compared to say eastern european men, who tend to be the best at weight lifting.
