You're almost 12 and your voice is getting deeper.? Er, it "cracks" first. Mine was gradual and it "cracked" at 13 1/2. As for other things that might happen, you will have "wet dreams" and you'll grow more body and facial hair. Your face will change shape and you may yet grow alot more. Yeah, it's fun and scary, so don't worry. Remember everyone goes through it.

P.S. Urges are normal, but you don't have to act on them like some people say.
