ok here we go..i finnaly wanna talk about it..im over weight..by..alot o.o..but i dont look like it i look like i weigh 180 but i weigh 250. HA!.. i have small puffy man breast and a tummy i wanna get flatter or built up...i dont have any money for a person trainer..im 16..>.>ok..so...diets...weights...i cant do push ups..i cant hold push myself back up once i go down the first time. ok..so help me..please.?!.?!.?!.?

Work on losing weight first, by watching what you eat--less calories and less fat. also do a cardio workout, I know guys think that's only for girls, but just do it at least 3 times a week, and work on specific parts of your body by doing weights. Drink loads of water,so you are not that hungry,eat no fat fried food anymore.Try to take smaller helpings,you do have some willpower.?
