My left pectoralis (chest) is bigger than my right?!


Question: My left pectoralis (chest) is bigger than my right.?
Do you think i have scoliosis ,and what exercise should i do so i can balance the proportion of my chest .thanks Health Question & Answer

First of all, scoliosis is a medical condition where a person's spine is abnormally curved, such as side to side in the shape of a S or a C. If you had scoliosis your imbalanced pecs would be the least of your worries.

It's perfectly normal for one to be slightly bigger then the other, you can do one handed presses with a dumbell with your right hand.
