Question: I worked out my triceps on Monday, can I train light on wednesday/Thurday if they are still sore.?
I worked out my triceps out really good on monday and they were still killing me on wednesday. Is it ok to do 1 light exercise to stretch out the muscle a couple days after if it is still soreHealth Question & Answer

I wouldn't. You should give adequate time for muscle recovery, and if they are still super sore, you can assume that this isn't the case. But if you must, do very very light weight and think of the exercises you do as more of stretching out the muscle than really trying to break it down. I am going to suggest you just do, Back and Biceps day 1, Chest and Triceps day 2, Abs and Legs day 3 giving adequate time in between muscle groups.Health Question & Answer

You should work the muscle group every other day. Jult don't pull a muscle. Stretch before you work out. If you work the same muscle group every day, they won't get to heal and get bigger. Remember every other day. After a while you won't get so soreHealth Question & Answer
