Question: Is puberty something you can predict.?
I think I am going through "IT", but some symptoms are like neck tightening up, so there is a bigger bulge and i have a little hair down there in the south and none in under arm part, and my voice hasn't really changed, so is this something happening or.....? Health Question & Answer

Puberty starts from age 12 to 16, there is not a way that it can be determined in advance for specific individuals. This is an inherited factor and you cant change that.
You might ask your father when he started into puberty as you most likely will emulate his pattern due to heredity. That would be the only logical answer I could give.Health Question & Answer

Sounds like you are beginning it. Remember puberty takes years to fully complete itself. You wont just suddenly become a man.Health Question & Answer
