I'm 16 and want to build up my upper arm muscles.
For the last seven months I've had a weekend job at a bowling alley which involves picking up bags full of bowling balls which I have noticed has made my muscles bigger. The circumference of my upper arm is now 16 inches unstressed.
Soon I'm going to quit this job, so how can I continue to build up these muscles.?
I ideally want to have an upper arm circumference of 18-20 inches.

If you're looking for muscle size, which I'm assuming you are, I would use a Close hand Bench press for the triceps, meaning you're hands when you're doing the bench press are clost to eah other. You should do about 3-4 reps and rest about 2-4 minutes between sets. For the biceps, I would do upward rows, meaning take some weights, and bring them from your waists to your shoulders using your biceps and Back. This should also be done with 3-4 reps and rest only about 2 minutes.
