Need Help With Staying Up?!
Question: Need Help With Staying Up.?
I want to stay up as I usually do, yet whenever I stay up I think about sleeping and go to bed. I have to do school work and numerous amounts of other things. I don't have coffee, any soda or energy drink though. What should I do to help my body/help me stay up.? Should I keep a fan on me to cool down.? Should I do exercises.? I need answers (and I don't wanna hear "oh just go to sleep"). Help please.Health Question & Answer
