Question: How to work down a beer belly.?
my friend is only 24 and he's got a beer belly, and i gota train with him, but i dont know the most effective way to work it down. anyone know.?

Get him off beer, booze, cigarettes or drugs. Get him on a healthy diet. Get him up one hour early every morning & both of you take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do it again in the evening after dinner. Within 90 days there should be significant improvement.

He needs to dump the junk food. No more candy, cookies, brownies, chips, pretzels, donuts, or sugary sweet soda's. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on grapes, raw celery sticks, carrot sticks, banana's, plums, pears, apples, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. Meats need to be baked - boiled or broiled - never fried. Go easy on the starchy stuff - like potatoes, rice, pasta & breads.
Walking from the sofa to the refrigerator & back does NOT count as exercise. He must make a commitment or he will fail.Health Question & Answer
