Im not wanting to go out and spend lots of money so i can get a 6 pack, all im wanting to know is what types of exercises could i do to get it.?

crunches barely work. they'll work, but it's the longest road you could take.

lol well u should do some cardio to get warmed up and do 50 crunches 50 situp's 50 crunches- 50 situps every morning and then at night then u mite also wanna do more every weekHealth Question & Answer
