Exercise for getting a six-pack?!


Question: Exercise for getting a six-pack.?
Im not wanting to go out and spend lots of money so i can get a 6 pack, all im wanting to know is what types of exercises could i do to get it.?

Declined push ups. i.e. push ups with your feet elevated on a low table, step or a swiss ball. This position requires an amazing amount of abdominal control with the added benefit of upper body strengthening.Health Question & Answer

crunches barely work. they'll work, but it's the longest road you could take.

buy a bosu and a medicine ball. go on youtube for a detailed explanation on what exercises to do.

eat nutritious, no junk absolutely
