no, i wouldn't do it. you can actually overdose on vitamins, so i would stick to the children's for now. as a growing child you still have to be careful not to take the wrong ones in case you damage your internal organs. wait for a few years, and then take the adult ones. vitamins wont help you as much as eating right will, so try to eat healthy meals before a soccer game.Health Question & Answer

I think it's a good idea to take one multivitamin a day with a meal. I have been taking them since I can remember.

Just make sure you don't forget if you have taken one or not on a day-to-day basis considering you might overdose. Especially Iron. That is a common thing these days.
