Upside Down Testicle?!
Question: Upside Down Testicle.?
My left testicle seems to be upside down is this a problem.? I have no pain and i still ejaculate fine well i don't know if its fine but it seems fine. I was checking my balls for lumps last night and noticed that. The tubes on my right testicle are at the top but on my left testicle there at the bottom is this normal and what should i do.?Health Question & Answer

You could get strangulation of the testicle. It's more than likely that your testicle isn't upside down, it could be a case of having a minor case of epididymitis, which is an inflammation, and might cause the testicle to appear upside down, but it isn't really.
See a doctor, and don't try to change the position of your testicle yourself, or you might end up with severe complications.
Testicular torsion can cause strangulation of the testicle and it would have to be removed, which is a possibility if you try to do this yourself.
That's one reason you should never take anyone's advice on Y/A without consulting a doctor about things like this.
