Yes, that's very possible. Two good examples of that are Richard Carpenter and Elton John. Richard Carpenter had a really high voice (and he had a lisp, which didn't help) in the 1970s, but his voice really got deeper. Elton John was the same way. But both of them were about 30 when their voices really got deeper. It may happen to you, too, at a later age.Health Question & Answer

Is if you wake up first thing in the morning your voice is always lower
But other then that I wouldnt count on it

Anything is possible. You have 3 more years, at least, before puberty ends. Changes are still happening in your body & eventually your voice will level off to where it will continue to stay.Health Question & Answer
