WOW! How bizarre. I'd do my best to ignore anyone doing that in class, so you 1) don't get aroused yourself, and 2) don't get kicked out of school with the guy or guys doing that under the assumption you were part of the group doing it.
In most states that would be grounds for expulsion, plus the school may well call the police. I know a kid that was caught (though older, in 11th grade) who was hauled off to jail, and parents had to post bond. He was charged as an adult and had to register as a sex offender..
