im 14 too and what i do is go out for all the school sports and on top of that do upper body weight lifting such as curls, chest press, sholder press, tricepts, lats and things like that, if you want to work on abs we do these things called v-bends in wrestling practice, you lift your legs straight up in the air and the touch your toes, also do regular leg lifts and crunches, planks work really well for the abs too. also warm up before you lift, run for a mile or two so that you dont hurt yourself, stretching also helps Health Question & Answer
