Question: Some Good Exercises To Build Muscle.?
Im 15 years old 145 pounds (male) and im looking for some good exercises or routines to build up muscle. I mainly want to build arms, abs, and pecs but i realize the importance of working everything equally. Please don't tell me im to young or it will stunt my growth because that's just a myth.

I have a bench press, (can use the bench bar for dead lifts and squats), dumbbells and a curl bar (don't know the name :P)
But i have access to a local YMCA Conditioning Center.
So any exercise you have i will have access to the equipment.

all of the big basic lifts will help you build a solid foundation of muscel. The best over all muscel builder is..........squats yep they will even make your arms grow. At your age growth hormone is in plentiful supply so use it to your advantage and the big lift power moves will force you body to release more growth hormone so it's a win win for you. Try this if ya want to get bigger and stronger, just remember good form always if you form is not perfect then drop the weight back a little.
day 1 CHEST-benchpress, db press,dips SHOLDERS-military press upright rows front raise TRICEPS-close grip bench skull crushers or french press
day 2 LEGS- squat-lunges- stiff leg dead lift-calf press go home!!
day3 BACK-dead lifts-pull ups barbell or db rows-lat pull downs if ya have any thing left.
star out doing 8 to 10 reps for 4to6 weeks then drop your reps to 5to8 your lifted weights will go up as you do fewer reps. eat a ballanced diet with plenty of protien, maybe even add some gluteamine, also limit you cardio for you mass building cycle. after competing this swithch back to a higher rep routine doing any lifts you want and ramp up your cardio, for 6 weeks, then go back to a mass building routine.
Remember good form on all lifts, eat well and get plenty of rest, at your age you will see some good progress, but if you keep lifting at about 20 years, your gonna be amazed at how big you get and also be seriously strong. good luck.Health Question & Answer
