im 13 and i have no mom. I live with my brother hes 15 and my dad. We walk around naked in the house all the time. Completely nude in front of each other to us its normal. I'd say it shows a lack of parenting on your dad's part. One of his duties as a parent is to ensure that you grow up with behaviors that are socially acceptable. Walking around naked is not "normal" behavior in most households, hence your friend's reaction. Not to mention nearly all the answers say it's weird.
At this point you're 13, and this is a decision you can make for yourself. It's your home, not the gym locker room. If you want to live like most people do, cover up any time you're not in the bathroom or your bedroom.

There is nothing weird about it at all.... unless you all have erections or something. And it would be wrong if you were like.. touching each other or something.
