Is this a good gym routine for a boy? what should I change or add?!


Question: Is this a good gym routine for a boy.? what should I change or add.?
1.) I run for about 35 mins and burn around 200 calories (and drink water sporadically)
2.) I lift weights (one day upper body, next day lower body) about 35 times per weight (medium-high intensity)
3.) I eat a 19g protein bar (which is disgusting) with water

*I go to the gym like 4 times per week
*I weigh 149 lbs and I am about 5'8" 16 years old

yeah thats fine.
if your looking for muscle mass do high weight low reps... or if your looking for definition do low weight high reps.
