Question: Help me get more defined PLEASE.?
hi, im 6'0 & i weigh 205lbs. i want my wieght to get down to 170 and im fine with the weight loss, but i need help now beefing back up with muscle, or in other words, trading the fat for muscle. my routine now is:

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays- biceps 21's
100 reps 5 reps of 20
triceps kickbacks 100 reps 5x20
abs 100crunches3x30 +10
chest 100push ups 3x30+10

Tuesday & Thursday: abs 100crunches 3x30 +10
chest pushups 3x30 =10


I run\walk 5 miles a day,so i think that takes care of my legs.

whatelse can i do to get more defined.?.? the main things i want is a defined chest, abs, and arms!!

tell me routines or how i should change mine to make it better or any great workouts for me. THANKZ!!Health Question & Answer


Answers:
you need to trian each muscle once a week.. 1 or 2 muscle per workout

say mon chest
tue biceps and triceps
wed shoulders
thur back
fri legs

workout 40 - 60 mins a session.... and take some supplments like whey protein and glutamine.. they help alot with recovery..
lift heavier, and less reps, like 6-8.. i
