I just got hired and they want me to go to this place and get a drugtest/physical. Why do they call it a physical.? Basically what I want to know is are they going to look at my penis. And when you answer do you know this for sure.?Health Question & Answer

No they will not look at your Johnson:) This is an official drug test and usually the employee that goes with you works in an official HR role in the company or they hire out to a medical clinic. Either way, you will have privacy but don't try any funny stuff like putting water in the cup, submitting some other person's urine, etc. I work in HR and it has all been tried before.

I don't know what will take place with your test, but before I started working at the job I have now, I had to take a physical / drug test and really you can look at it as two different things. One they will most likely have you pee in a cup and then the Dr. will have to look you over. They want to check you heart, breathing, eyes, and yes they check to see if you have an hernia and if you are over 35 you may get probed to see if your prostate is enlarged. They are not really looking at your penis as much as they are feeling behind your sack to see if anything that shouldn't is poking out. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I have taken a physical / drug test for a job at Kodak and they did a hearing test . blood pressure, heart check, weight, urine sample. they never looked at my body parts. I have never heard of such a thing. Probably, but don't worry about it. It is no big deal. They will probably check to make sure you don't have a hernia or stuff like that.
