No. They don't practice circumcision in Germany or any other European country unless the baby is born Jewish or Muslim and a religious rabbi or equivelant does it. In Germany you have to have a medical reason for doing it if it's done in a hospital. Circumcision is really only common in the United States.Health Question & Answer
No, in fact in no countries is it customary to get circumcised at birth for non-religious reasons. The USA is the only country still doing it - all other developed nations gave up on it ages ago. The only places other than the USA where it's done are a couple of Asian countries, and for people who are Jewish or Muslim. It's not necessary.
