Question: How to get buff.?.? lol.?
So im 15, and im hellllllllla skinny. I always have been, im like 6'2'' and weigh about 125. I dont think it helps that i run cross country. But i want to get bigger muscle wise, not huge just a bit bigger.

Your still young, lots of skinny dudes can't fill out till they reach 18-20, i know i didn't.

I was once in your shoes, maybe not quite as skinny, but close. Main thing is you need to workout, lift weights, and eat a lot. The book that got me started is called "The New Power Program", by Dr. Micheal Colgan. I also tried a weight gainer shake called quickmass, by allmax. I gained like 20 lbs in 4 months working out 4-5 days a week and taking 1 shake a day( on top of a whey isolate shake after each workout). It says to take 2 a day but i jsut took 2 half servings a day(1 serving total) and it worked liek a charm!
And btw, yes, the cross country running will not help. Your limiting your chances of gaining with all the running. I had to pretty much phase out cardio cept for a 10 min warmup on workout days to start gainin nicely.

cut out ALL cardio!!
focus on 3 things
1) sleeping alot 8-10 hours a day, when u sleep growth hormone is released and makes you grow
2) eat HIGH PROTEIN high fat high carb diet, eat everything in sight, eat a lot of brown whole wheat foods, lots of fish , steak , eggs, tuna, broccoli
3) you are young so dont over do it but start working with weights, as you get older work out more and more, but ONLY WEIGHTS no cardio , cardio is a big nono for skinny guys it will only make u skinnier.
the rest is time, you are only 15, when u hit 17-18 your testosterone levels will be at their highest and thats when u should really start hitting the weights more. just be patient and focus on eating a lot of food LOTS of good calories.Health Question & Answer

you can do push ups in your room, you may not be able to do many, but keep pushing yourself until your arms are aching. so this everyday, maybe a few times, and it will give you bigger arms.
i'm 14 and i have been doing this for a few months and i have noticed a change in my arms. and it made me happy to see it working !!!
i didnt feel like the skinny weak kid anymore.
keep doing this and youll have more muscle.

oh yeah, for sure dump cross country
protein shakes 3 times a day with every meal
with regular milk and don't run or swim
