How can I turn my thin stomach into a thin but muscularish stomach?!


Question: How can I turn my thin stomach into a thin but muscularish stomach.?
I'm a vegetarian so I can't eat meat. so don't say eat meat.
[i also don't have the money to go to the gym at the momment]

You need to do isometrics. If you don't know what that is, do some crunches to warm up--get your muscles nice and warm then go into a crunch and hold it for 45-60 seconds or longer. Rest and repeat as much as you can. This is what causes the 'washboard' look. Health Question & Answer

I assume you know that you can get protein from mushrooms, eggs and meat substitute product such as quorn, right.? That should help.

Have you tried doing sit ups or stomach crunches.? (the latter is sort of a half sit up where you hold it about mid 'up' so you're putting tension on your abs) You should get pretty similar results to the last pic if you keep at it.Health Question & Answer

umm just eat normally, kinda on the healthier side i guess
after a few weeks doing these exercises everyday woohhh i got in quite good shape but you really gotta motivate yourself to keep doing it which is hard
so do like rotations of crunches/sit ups and also bridges/dishes and hold them for as long as you can 30s to a min if your only beginning and do about three lots of them

crunches! lots of um'.... if you can, do like 50,, take a 20 min break,, and then do as many as you can til' you feel you can do no more... then do 10 more... lol

a small free weight workout would help give you some definition also.

i got this set about 6mo. ago,,, i go to the gym 3 days a week with friends and they don't know that i come home and use these... they think i'm amazing,,, lol

the diet thing is common sense... you know what's good and what's bad... your young and can afford more of the bad than i can... just be sure to watch your weight... you don't need to be losing any...

ATTENTION....

protein shakes and doing weights...best combination...and cutting out all carbs...

if u cant afford the shakes...then run/walk alot...for about 1 hr each day and do wieghts....for guys its easier to tone up cause of ur testosterone levels.

dude...this guy on youtube is a personal trainer and he gives the best tips...just copy n paste- cbathletics, the name Turbulance training should come up...click on it and check em out..

however, this trainer doesnt actually recommend protein shakes. he reckons u should eat food full of vitamins, protein and minerals..he says u should only eat organic food and nothing processed. like instead of eating frozen beans, make em freshHealth Question & Answer
