Answer if you know about physical health?!

Question: Answer if you know about physical health.?
I ran out of grub 3 days ago, and also coffee. I went on a week long camping trip in the middle of nowhere and just got back. I've been 3 days without any of food, but plenty of water. I'm quite skinny. I was pretty fat, about 40 lbs, now I'm like 212. Question is, I kind of like this new look. How do I gradually ease in to a normal, healthy eating habit without storing everything I eat cause I've been deprived.? How do I start eating again without gaining back all the weight. Thanks.Health Question & Answer

Lots of meat & vegetables not to many carbs. Health Question & Answer

Every person stores fat differently, most people find that the best way is to eat several small meals (snacks) rather than the traditional three large meals. As well as being active after the last meal, because your body will store all the food if you sleep right after eating.

Eating healthy would be beneficial as well. Most people eat a lot of Omega-6 fatty acids and not enough of the complimentary Omega-3 fatty acids. A good source of both is beans and rice which can make some good meals. You can also cook with flax seeds.

Other than food, just keep active. The best way to keep your look is to work out but not overdoing it.Health Question & Answer

The thing I'd like to know is how you expect a medical professional to believe you dropped forty pounds in so short a time. Can't be done unless someone actually cuts the weight off you with a knife. Why did you find it necessary to fib like that.?Health Question & Answer

this will sound cliche but there is no other answer - eat healthy! lots of fruits and vegetables. and take up an exercise routine (u'll probably get lucky a lot more often now, which will help keep u motivated and worked out ;))Health Question & Answer
