320 reps of what.? Are you lifting heavy or light.? Short sets or extended sets.? It really depends on what kind of program you are on. I would suggest talking with a personal trainer at your gym. They can look at your program and give you suggestions to get the type of results you are looking for. Personally, after two months you should be seeing some changes.Health Question & Answer

I think it depends on a) your body type b) where you want to see the results and c) what you consider to be good results. I mean, I'm female basketball player so it might be different, but how my body displaces fat makes it so that my arms look buff before I can even do a push up. Seriously, benching 60 lbs (I'm 6'0" and about 195 lbs.) makes me look like I cam lift cars since I have very little fat on my arms. Any leg workouts I do are relatively unnoticeable aside from making them bigger.

If you want to get a bodybuilder look, it takes probably at least 10 months to get really close to that, longer if you don't do the strict dieting my amateur body builder did. If you just want to be healthy you're pretty much there.

One final thought. Instead of talking about all the reps you lift, why didn't you mention the amount of weight you lift.? In the offseason we were given a program that was basically lifting for power, as much weight as you can take for 5 reps, if you can go for 6 reps add 5 lbs. and then take a rest for a minute in between sets. Do 5 sets for each exercise, then move onto the next one. After 5 weeks my upper body looked super muscular, though that could have been since I had to have knee surgery and therefore could only do upper body stuff...Health Question & Answer
