I'm pretty sure you'll still grow. Guys grow later than girls, so even long after girls are done growing guys of the same age will keep getting taller. At 16, you'll probably gain quite a few more inches. I'm not sure you'll reach your dad's height though.

Just as an example, I'm 15 and I'm 5'0. I'm done growing. Guys definitely mature later, and therefore they finish growing later too. As time goes by I keep looking up higher and higher to make eye contact with lots of the guys.

Adequate sleep is very important to growing. When you lie down, you release pressure on your back joints, and you're actually a little taller in the mornings than at night. Doing something as simple as making sure you're sleeping enough can help.Health Question & Answer

I think it will greatly depent on your lifestyle and on the food that you eat. Usually basketball players have a good height. It is because they always do the stretching exercises. In terms of nutrition calcium and vitamin D is good. Both is found in milk so if you want to still grow you better drink milk regularly. And also, good night sleep I think is important. Good day and I hope I did help in some way.Health Question & Answer
