alright buddy i had the same problem and i felt really weird when i looked at them so here is what you need to do: i am hoping that you workout on daily bases... so on chest day you only use dumbbells bench press incline and decline, no barbell. that will fix your problem go heavy so they would grow and eat clean food. it will takes almost year get them 100% symmetrical.. good luck hope that helped...
