Some do and some don't. Some men have better orgasms than women and some don't. Really it comes down to each individual, not your sex.
It's easier for a man to have an orgasm (they orgasm quicker), but women can have more than one orgasm in a row. Some people would say that makes one better than the other.
But the reality is an orgasm is an orgasm. Generally speaking, not all women experience the same duration or intensity in orgasm and that is the same for men as well.
Everyone that says that one sexes orgasm "lasts longer" or is "more intense" is just speculating. There is no scientific data that supports that. It's hard to tell from descriptions, but from all indications the female orgasm is more generalized, more of an overall experience than the male's more centralized orgasm.
