hi,
tonight after a shower i decided to check my testicles for lumps and found a hard painful lump on my right testicle. My doctors are closed on a sunday but im sure there is a number to call in an emergency. Should i just wait for monday or try the number tomorrow (sunday). Im not actully that worried as i think i may have just strined one or damaged it by accident but i just wana get it checked out! :) anyway thanks for any help you can give - adam Health Question & Answer

i know u prob bit concerned bout this and you have every right to be, but i think you can wait till monday to call your doctors. emergency docs will only refer you and i think you will have to wait for referral till monday anyway. if you are in serious pain then yes call them but if not try and wait

Ring NHS Direct they are the ones to advise you regarding this problem. Don't worry, it is not a real Emergency, so l there is no need to call an Emergency Doctor this only takes his away from really urgent cases.
If you decide to wait, then call your Doctor on Monday and make sure your get an appointment straight a way.
Don't take no for an answer from the Receptionist.
