Question: My foreskin is always retracted.?
My foreskin always stays retracted whenever erect or flaccid - I heard that for some people it just happens and is not a problem, though. Does anyone know anything about this predicament.?Health Question & Answer

It could be one of several things.
1. You could be circumcised, so you don't have any (or very little) foreskin. If you see a brownish circle around the shaft of your penis somewhere, it's probably the circumcision scar. It could also be a kind of "line" where the color of your penis suddenly changes.
2. You might have a really short foreskin. Some guys have foreskins so short that they're mistaken for being circumcised. The scar's a pretty dead give-away, so look for that if you're in doubt.
3. Your foreskin might be a bit tight and got stuck behind the glans (penis head). You'll want to fix this ASAP and find a way to return your foreskin back over the glans.
