Question: Push ups helps gain weight.?
hiii..... i'm underweight, i'm only 110 lbs.
i want to knw tht is it true tht doing push up helps to gain weight or nt
i also take food suppl., n eat a lot ....

You have a High Metabolism - (means you can eat all you want, you digest food really well thought, which keeps you thin)
Doing Push Ups Might help gain weight, but it depends on how consistant you are - (you can do 100 push ups one day and not do any for the rest of the week or even 2 days, all your doing is burning calories, which prevents futher fat from growing, but if you do them regularly, you will gain weight, because your building muscle, which takes alot of time and energy, but it won't nessesarly make you look bigger)
Im the same, im really light, im 15 and around 120-125, nothing can make you get big quickly, so i just accept it, and if people dont like it, than dont look at me, and their not good enough for meHealth Question & Answer
