50/50 Erectile problems...?!

Question: 50/50 Erectile problems....?
What I am wondering is how I can get/keep an erection. I am like 50/50 on them. I can always get one when I want to masturbate and I get them very solid when I am not in the position to have sex. But for some reason when it is go time it can take longer to get one and it doesn't seem to stay there as long as I would like. I am only 24 and my doc said it isn't ED because I can get them and use them. I would like to avoid using a viagra like substance but was wondering if you all have some real experience in solving it. I think it is more psychological then anything...I am dating a girl for a year now and in the beginning it was ready to go all the time but now it just seems to work occasionally which I think leads to more mental frustration. I still think my girl is attractive and she is hot and has an amazing body. I just need help maybe getting my mind to work again. Thanks for the helpHealth Question & Answer

I believe from what you describe it would be performance anxiety. For starters I would suggest not masturbating or touching yourself in anyway (this is called sensitization). So once you go a while with no touching you should be good.Health Question & Answer

Sounds like performance anxiety. When you are alone, there is no pressure to perform. Try relaxing, and focusing your thoughts on something very stimulating for you. Anything you hyperfocus on is difficult to do well.Health Question & Answer

Are you taking anti-depressants.? Work out and relax...anxiety can hinder libido sometimes.Health Question & Answer

you could always rub it a bit, masturbate to get it hard then go to town on ur gfHealth Question & Answer
