You should look on the packet, and it should be there. You generally use a condom to protect yourself from disease and keep the woman you're have sex with from becoming impregnated. They're only about 85% effective and the woman should be using birth control, but even both of these together don't always prevent pregnancy. When you put the condom on, you're supposed to have a strong erection. You should unroll the condom over the erected penis and make sure it's not too tight or too loose. I'm not sure how, but you should make sure it's not on backwards. There will be a reservoir at the end of the condom for your semen to be deposited in when you ejaculate.
