there is this guy i sit next to in history class. we sit at a table so there are 4 people at a table and there are chairs and we all face the same direction.
this is really weird. i was sitting and i had my legs crossed and so one of my feet was hanging and i saw him keep looking down at my feet i thought maybe he was admiring my nail polish or something like that but then i suddenly felt his leg under my foot and he left it there for a couple minutes and just left his leg pressed up against the bottom of my shoe so the whole time he was looking at my feet i guess he was moving his leg to be under my foot.? is this a sign he likes me.? why would a guy do this.? oh and i really like him too.
also, i notice from the corner of my eye him staring at my face alot.
whenever we are working on a project and he stands next to me we stand within a few inches of each other and he doesn't move away.

He's playing footsies with you. It is not a foot fetish as the others have said. he likes you and wants to make physical contact with you. As (to him and most people) the feet are NOT sexual than he feels he can touch you there without feeling to fresh or forward.
