Anyway, you can still get 'pleasure' if you are castrated. You're just not that interested in sex anymore. As I read once, 'you can still have sex if you want to. Your only problem will be wanting to.'
So, if you want to keep your sex drive intact I would recommend a vasectomy. Castration is said to make you a lot calmer, though. But it can cause depression in some people because of the sudden hormonal change.
Castration doesn't mean you have your whole genitalia removed - just the testicles or ovaries. Many people confuse it with genital mutilation.
I don't understand why anyone would be offended by someone wanting to be a eunuch. It doesn't mean we want to cut their testicles or ovaries off. Stigma again.

I don't think castration is the way to go if u still want some pleasure. Vasectomy may be a better choice. The doctors will usually only do it for men in their 30's. otherwise they'll give u a bunch of crap about maybe wanting kids, no extra cost if your under 30 or whatever though. just stick w/the condoms. You are probably thinking of a vasectomy. A vasectomy makes it so that you can't get anyone pregnant. Getting castrated is not advisable. I don't think any doctors do it anyway. If you got castrated it would have many adverse side effects. Health Question & Answer
