you do curls for your bycepts, you let arms hang and bend over and swing arms bact to the side, or over head for back arms, you bench press for chest you do lunges for legs you do set ups for stomach, you only put blood in one set of muscle on one day then next day do another that way the blood makes the muscle grow over night, lets say you do bycepts then you dolegs the same day you have taken some of the blood out of the bycepts and some in legs, you will get better results staying with one workout each day, hope this helps good luck!Health Question & Answer

try doing bench press but each time try to increase the Resistance such as the amount of weight or the Number of reps. this will help increase the size of the muscle tissue. and to keep them toned set aside a few days in which you do a smaller version of the work out.

building muscle is all about pushing the muscles to their maximum capacityHealth Question & Answer

Cross country might be fatiguing you to the point of muscle atrophy, I would suggest eating more food and doing free weight exercises.
