hi im 13 and one day i accidentally walked in on my friend taking a pee and i noticed that his one testicle was really big and his balls dropped, im 13 and worried because my testicals are a bit bigger then a peanut. is that normal, and please don't tease me this is taking alot of courage.Health Question & Answer

The thing about puberty is it's not connected to age so much as genetics.
Some 13 y.o.s don't have a pube in sight; some have a forest; some have small penises, some long; some are shaving at 13 (rare, but it happens), and some haven't even begun puberty.
So whilst comparison is okay up to a point, you really don't need to freak out; nothing's wrong with you. It's just that puberty is kick-starting about now for you, whereas he is already well underway.

ok im a girl i know but really dont worry, you should be starting puberty soon now. It definately is embarassing and i admire you for your courage. It took me a year to finally get a nurse to check my body to see if i was normal and she said i was fine, you could do the same if you are that worried. this is really akward to say but if you look at nude men then you'll notice that everyone is different. I was scared because i looked different so i had to look at different people, after a while i noticed that no one is perfect and everyone has a flaw but what makes you perfect is the fact that you can accept yourself for who you really are. but like i said if you are really worried than sum up that courage again and ask a doctor to check you.
