Question: Will I induce Ketosis by eating this.?How many carbs can I eat on a Keto DIet.?
If I eat About 2300 cal - 230grams protein/99grams Fat/ and 62 Grams of carbs(most carbs coming from asparagus and carrots.
I ate this in a day so this is where all the carbs are coming from.
Chicken
Almonds
Whole Eggs
Natural Peanut butter
Cottage Cheese(2g carbs)
Whey (1Gcarbs)
Carrots/Aspargus
WIll I still get into Ketosis by eating over 60 grams of carbs.?

Answers:
Ketosis is a posh way of saying your body is using fat stores for fuel.
It occurs when you don't eat enough calories and/or carbohydrates daily over a period of time...

your body can't run on what you eat so it turns to fat stores and muscle tissue for energy.

You say you are eating around 60g of carbs - the safe limit for weight loss is between about 45-and 60g's - Ketosis occurs when you eat substantially less than this

I am not sure if you are deliberately trying to enduce ketosis or if you are wanting to avoid it... however...

I would not recommend ketosis as a means of weightloss
