hi im male 16 usa and i weigh 123 pound and im skinny and a regular

i did 140 times on my left and right arm with a 12 pound dumbbell and 20 push ups plus i did 25 more on left and right

Are you going for size or strength or endurance.? I try for size and strength, myself, and I use cardio for endurance. It seems if you can lift something 140 times on each hand, you want to increase the weight, regardless of what you are going for. You'll get a better workout in less time. Push ups are great, though. Doing plenty of exercise is defiantly good! Especially if you want to boost your muscles working with lots of weights will increase them really well and pretty quickly too! Although if you're first starting out with weights try to pace yourself as doing too much straight away you can strain your muscles!
