The bible doesnt say nothing speciefically about it
But it does say stuff about adultry and pre marital sex
But ive been told that masterbation is wrong, according to the bible b/c its like you're throwing your kids away. And plus its like cheating and lust. Porn is also bad. It doesnt mention that stuff specifically but all those thing apply for the stuff that is talked about.
