Will this workout work for me?!
Question: Will this workout work for me.?
I have been doing this style of working out for about a month now. I was never really serious about going to the gym until now.
I go to the gym every other day. I work out a different body part every day with 4 different exercises and 3 sets of each. For example 1 day I do biceps the next I do chest/triceps and the next i do shoulders and finally sometimes legs. I run for about 5 mins after each workout on the treadmill.
Will I achieve a low body -fat percentage if I keep this up.? I control my diet to low carbs and high protein. All I want is toned abs.... I have a belly. Will this work out for me or will I need to do anything more.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Sounds like your doing pretty good with your diet and working out to lose weight and your belly. but if you want toned abs keep doing what your doing and add in some sit ups.
