Kurtwood is right to some extent.

The L testicle is often a little larger. In most guys it also hangs a little lower than the right.

Some guys are equal, but in some cases a guy has sidis inversis, where all the organs of his body are on the opposite side from normal, and then the right nut hangs lower.

If there is a large difference or any lumps on the testicle then u should see your Dr. as guys can get testicular cancer. also u can have what called a hydrocelle, where fluid builds up around the testicle and it become larger. It would have a mushy feel to it and be quite a bit larger. it may resolve on its own, or need to be surgicaly repaired. Health Question & Answer
