now i am in holidays. and goin to gym for 4 months. all muscle gets structured except the lower back. how to get rid of it.?Health Question & Answer

side bend using dumb bell or heavy book.
stand straight with legs shoulder width apart back straight hands on side knees slightly bend.Place your left hand on waist.Take dumbbell on ur right hand bend on right side until your hand reaches below knee level.Do 50 repetitions.repeat on left.Do 3 times on each side.

standard reply, you cannot spot reduce. if you have fat in your lower back, you have more weight to lose. your body will only burn it off as it does. nothing will allow you to pick and choose where it comes from. all you can do is lose weight and let your body do its thing.Health Question & Answer
