Pretty much im 13 and will be 14 in January 3rd and in 8th grade right now. My friends pretty much 3/4s girls/boys in my grade have hit puberty with lower voices, slightly seen mustaches, and taller. Im 5.4 and I havent gotten any bigger down theyre since i was born i think >_> and i have hardly any armpit hair or stache hair bc im blonde so its hard to see or not. I do although have brownish/blacks hairs that arent really curly like 10 of them in lines right below my stomache and right above my penis, like an inch above...what are these...just random hairs, bc thats weird since i have none elsewhere, except for my hairy as hell legs/arms, anyway im rambling. I dont even have acne yet, and im annoyed that i might have to wait until 10th grade or something to hit the point people have hit years ago...and i might get teased, not that i do much now, but still...any helps good thnx.Health Question & Answer

You're doing fine. Not everyone develops at the same rate or time.
Pubic hair generally forms around the penis, but it can begin just as you describe, and spread out. Usually blonds will darken as they progress through puberty, unless you are say, Swedish.
When you look down at yourself, your penis will seem smaller. That's called foreshortening, and is similar to looking through a telescope: the image compresses.
The main thing is that everything is in good working order. People who start puberty really early also get teased a lot. Ditto for those who are late bloomers, so at least you aren't in that group.Health Question & Answer

In most boys puberty starts by the end of their 12th birthday but this is far from being universal. There are literally millions of other boys in your situation who haven't started even at 14. Be patient, it should start any time now.

Well we can't control the rate in which you grow. It will come when it does - everyone matures at different rates. You may be small for awhile and then hit your growth spurt later, etc. You will hit one though, don't worry about it. In the meantime be glad your armpits don't smell.Health Question & Answer

I bet if you measure now and measure every month, I'll bet your going to be seeing it grow more and more.
