Im a little bit curious since when hard my penis is around 6-7inches long but when it isnt its like 3 inches why and im only 15 also when my penis does get hard it does tend to be quite sore but that is only when im erected any adive.?Health Question & Answer

When you're not hard being 3 inches is nothing to worry about. I think it's normal.
