Question: What things should I do to lose weight and to get a healthier me.?
On my last visit to the doctor I learned that my blood pressure was too high,my blood sugar was 231 when my mom checked it yesterday(I had just had 6 pan cakes with lots of syrup and butter,I had been asleep so I didn't eat the food my mom cooked) I also learned my cholesterol was too high and my dad told me to stop eating so much junk,I agree with him that is why before he left for work this morning I make a shopping list with all healthy things on it, like fruits and things that way when he gets off of work he can stop at the store and get the things that I wrote down.
My weight has been out of control just sometime ago it was 286 and then I just checked it and it is now 263(I tend to have the habit of staying up all night not getting enough sleep and I tend to sleep during the day hours only to be awake all night,I now have gone 2 days going to sleep on time and waking up refreshed.Health Question & Answer

You MUST make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements. If you don't - it aint gonna happen. Get off junk food. No more sugary sweet soda's. Eat plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables.
