Question: Why does this guy try to touch me in class.?
I am 16 and there is this guy in my class who sits next to me. Every day, he tries to touch me subtly in some way. For example, I handed him a pen, and when he took it out of my hand, he wrapped his hand around mine really quick and just touched my hand it seemed like he purposely touched my whole hand while he was grabbing the pen.
Then he hits his feet lightly against mine in class.
He stares at me all the time.
But he doesn't try to talk to me but he is a shy person when he is not around his friends.
Does it seem he likes me.? or what is he doing.? How could I show him I like him.?Health Question & Answer

YES... He likes you but he is afraid. Girls mature faster than boys so carefull. Next time grab and hold his hand fo a second, and look at him in the eye witha smile.
Or if you don't like him then ask him to not touch you. If he touches you he not only likes you,,, Chances are more like he dreams about you every night.
Boys fight this all through school. There is no doubt he likes you a great deal. But because nature has boys grow up later in life and sometimes never... He is unsure.... One OK from you and that will make his day.

someone needs to speak to him. perhaps he is shy; there is also a possibility that he is fixated on you and that may not be healthy.
what he is doing seems not to be acceptable but you have first of all got to make certain that you are not overreacting.
the guidance counsellor should be able to help you to determine what is going on with him.

I think he does like you. Or he might be trying to get your attention or something. If you like him, write him a note. [[Maybe thats not the best idea]]
Or I believe that telling him with time and touch will do the trick.......
Time with him and letting him know without words that your there for him with whatever he happens to be going through,,Being empithetic works for guys also. Or buy a small gift or something.

He is just going through an awkward phase and touching/tapping your foot is his way of trying to communicate that he has a major crush. Eventually he'll grow out of it, but in the mean time you could start talking to him and get the ball rollingHealth Question & Answer
