Answers:
Well that depends...

For most men ejaculation and climax (orgasm) are unaffected. For some men, this is not the case. They complain of decreased ejaculatory volume and decreased propulsive force. Some complain of decreased or absent sensation. This is fairly rare, but is featured on an online forum for men's health at www.revolutionhealth.com

On the thread listed below you can read the posts of men who developed this type of complication (and others) after vasectomy. The incidence is low but it does occur.

So the answer is that for most men, no difference. For some with damage to nerves during the procedure, lots of differences.

Here are some examples:

1) "Since my vasectomy (2 years ago) I have felt a total lack of satisfaction after sex and do not have any feeling during orgasm. Cant say my sex drive has reduced though. It feels like I havnt had sex since my operation. Whatever they may say about there only being about 2 percent of sperm in an ejaculation the body seems to have a kind of fuel guage built into the testicles. These are not getting emptied and therefore I get no sense of release from sex. There seems to be a lot of similar cases to mine and I can assure you it is a physical, not mental problem any couch could fix."

2) "My husband had a vasectomy about a month ago and while, thankfully, he is not experiencing the chonic pain that is mentioned in this forum, he is having trouble of different sort. He says that his arousal is normal, sex is normal, and the amount of ejaculate is normal; however, when he climaxes, it is much less intense. He is a pychologist and keeps himself extremely healthy both physically and mentally. He said that during sex, there is no build up anymore. He just has a spontaneous orgasm with no warning. It just happens suddenly and build up that typically accompanies an orgasm is no longer there. It is incredibly frustrating because our sex life has always been incredible. Has anyone experienced this.?"

So you see, it does occur. The folks that say nothing changes are describing the typical patient, not the few with problems.

?Health Question & Answer

You can't see or feel any difference, except maybe you'll be less worried about the consequences of having sex.

The amount of sperm in ejaculate is tiny - you won't see any change in volume.Health Question & Answer
