Answers:
When you're toning your body you deal with certain amounts of reps..
And you learn a lot of it if you join a weight training class..

but Reps are in sets.. Like 3 sets of 4 reps..
So for instance if you're lifting weights like 5lb dumbbells
and you're doing 3 sets of 4 reps all that means is you curl your arm up 4 times, stop, then do it 2 more times.

Or..maybe you're just told to do 10 reps of pushups, it just means to do 10 pushups..

or 2 sets of 10 push ups, that just means do 10 push ups, stop and then do 10 more.. and there you go!
And reps are good for building muscle..
